Giving Hope Campaign Goals

The Chapter 2 (C2) portion of Giving Hope for 5/2008-5/2010 will allow us to:
  • Build a 22,000 square foot Worship Center on the Minden campus.  This new Worship Center will allow us to reach more people on the weekend AND free up 12,000 square feet of space for student and children’s ministry.  We have just received Design Review approval from Douglas County for our building!  Approximate Cost: $3,000,000
  • Secure the Dayton campus initial building and adjacent land.  We have already located this building and are moving forward to secure our Dayton campus so we can reach more people for Christ! Approximate Cost:  $1,000,000
$500,000  PEACE Plan projects (Planting Churches, Equipping Leaders, Assisting the Poor, Caring for the Sick, Educating the Next Generation).  CVC has ministries locally and globally that are addressing each of these areas.  Approximate Cost:  $500,000

Additional monies over the $4,000,000 will be split between debt reduction and the Inviting-Connecting-Serving local and global mission plans..
