CVC 2008 Goals

• We will see a 15% increase in weekend service attendance in 2008 in total attendance with Dayton averaging 350 people per weekend for the year.
• STEP will reach 150 people each week
• MOPS will reach 75 women each time they meet (twice monthly).
• We will reach 4500 people at Easter 2008 and 2500 at Christmas 2008.
• We will see 125 First Time Decisions, 150 Renewed Commitments, 125 Baptisms, 40 Child Dedications.

• 40% of our first time guests during 2008 and 50% of our weekend attenders will be in small groups or classes.
• Launch of next step classes will occur to address Biblical Studies, Church History, Leadership, Restoring the Foundations, Marriage, Parenting, Finances
• We will see our general fund giving increase by 10% over 2007 and our capital fund giving equal $500,000 during 2008.

• 40% of our first time guests will be connected to a small group or class.
• 40% of our attenders will be using SHAPE on campus or in community.
• We will conduct 2 major leadership events in 2008 with 70% participation of our target audience in each one.
• The top 100 leaders at CVC will all be trained in specific leadership curriculum.
• Each ministry will increase the number of new volunteers and new leader core members in their ministry by 20% of their 2007 total.
